You can add as many pictures as you like to your blog, just keep clicking that picture button to the right of "abc" in the posting section. The tricky part is to get the pictures to line up with the verbiage. The pictures always jump up to the top. That's just the way it defaults. If you want to mix verbiage in, you have to go into "Edit HTML.
ReplyDeleteIn HTML look at the pattern so you can see where the code for each pictures begins and ends. I can't type it here because it flips out the HTML reader in "Comments." It starts with a lesser-than sign and includes roughly the name of your picture and includes size. Then it ends in a greater-than sign. That whole section of code is about your picture.
Put the pictures into your blog in reverse order because the last one you download always jumps to the top. Then go into Edit HTML and put extra returns in-between your individual picture codes so you can distinguish between the different pictures better.
Then add text where you'd like it. You can also move the text or pictures around each other by copying and pasting.
I wish they'd let you put pictures automatically in where you'd like them. But it's a free service, so it's got its limitaitons.
Hope that helps. Someone else may be able to explain it better. Or even give you as quicker way to do this. This is the best I've come up with.
Hi, Mary Anne!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the blog photo pointers. I figured out how to get multiple photos on the blog posts...what I need to figure out is how to get multiple photos on each listing on my sales site...I'd like to have a snazzy zoom pop-up w/ a mini slide show ... I think I've seen it on Artfire or something like that. Do you know how to do that??
I'm afraid I can't help you with the sales site. That's beyond me at this point. A zoom pop-up with a mini-slide show sounds great, though! I wish you luck with it. Let me know when you've got it going. I'd like to see it.
